Service Description

Carbon Literacy® is “An awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis.” (The Carbon Literacy Project). Some practical points: 🌿 Zoten's accredited course, has been carefully crafted for individuals from any background, based in Greece striving to make a positive change to our planet. We've localised our training to meet the Greek market and depending on your preference the course can be delivered in English or Greek. 🌿Participants engage in interactive sessions covering climate science, carbon impacts, and actionable sustainability strategies tailored to their sector. 🌿 You get a certificate from The Carbon Literacy Project at the end that you can share on LinkedIn or your CV. 🌿 Zoten delivers the Carbon Literacy training on-site. This course is 8 hours (1 full-day session) or two 4-hour sessions. 🌿 You’ll be sent resources after the course and some optional takeaway activities. We provide a myriad of extra reading too at the end. 🌿 During and after the course, you will be empowered to create and carry out your very own climate action plan and provided with tools to accurately articulate to those around you what the climate crisis is as well as inspire them to take action too. 🌿 This course is not a one-and-done for us, we aim to foster a relationship with those who complete it and get certified and support each other as we continue to execute our respective action plans (and create new ones).
