Our mission is to bring sustainability practices to the sports, tourism, and audiovisual production industries, to assist stakeholders in implementing these practices and to use their influence over the public to promote environmental literacy, green procurement, circular economy strategies, and zero waste programmes, striving towards a carbon neutral future.

Anastasia Zotou
CEO & Founder
Anastasia Zotou is the founder of “ZOTEN-Environmental Solutions”, a sustainability consulting company based in Athens. She aims to raise public awareness of urgent environmental issues and of the actions that could be taken to resolve those issues on an individual, corporate and public level.
Dimitra Neonakis
Sustainable Tourism Advisor
Dimitra, a seasoned professional in the tourism industry with over 25 years of experience. With her unwavering commitment to preserving the planet's beauty for future generations, Dimitra continues to pave the way towards a greener, more responsible future in travel.
Chloé Smith
Product Consultant
Deeply concerned with the planetary crisis and passionate about protecting the environment around her, she's striving to make a difference with Zoten, through all things product related. With 9 years of experience in tech, she's accustomed to successfully bringing projects to life.
Chrisi Lagouvardou
Office Manager
Chrisi is 23 years old and is currently studying at University. She describes herself as being passionate about helping people, animals and our planet. Growing up in a bilingual home (Greek/English) she understood early on her desire to learn as many languages as possible, inspiring her to start studying Chinese.
Christianna Antonopoulou
Intern
Studying environmental sciences and psychology in the IB Diploma, Christianna feels inspired to bridge environmental concerns with human behaviour, for an interdisciplinary approach to collaboratively address the planetary crisis while developing a more sustainable mindset. As a Greek living in Denmark, she's noticed a greater focus on environmental-friendliness that motivates her to get directly involved and extend this beyond her community.
Petra Antonopoulou
Intern
Deeply interested in the intersection between Psychology and Environmental Sciences, coupled with her passion for researching and designing Petra seeks to make a meaningful change in the planetary crisis through spreading awareness and information. Living in Denmark, an eco-friendly country, and having access to plentiful information about the climate crisis, she feels encouraged to share her insights and findings to a broader community.
